SANTOPRENE 101-64 is a soft, versatile polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Exhibits good physical properties, excellent ozone- and chemical resistance.It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream, and shear-dependent.Suitable for processing by coextrusion, multi injection-, extrusion blow- & injection molding, profile- and sheet extrusion.Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance.Used in appliance components, automotive applications like gaskets, air induction system ducts, weather seals, under the hood, seals and gaskets.Also used in plugs, bumpers, grommets, clips, electronics and electrical parts, consumer applications and outdoor applications.It is RoHS compliant grade and is designed for floor care, tubing and diaphragms.
